    We are looking for a passionate, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager who will have end-to-end ownership of the LinkedIn Learning Admin experience and platform. This person will cultivate a deep understanding of how customers measure the value of their skill and career development solutions and how to guide their employees to tangible career development milestones aligned with organizational objectives. You will leverage LinkedIn’s economic graph and cutting-edge technology to drive step changes in admin productivity and value. You will evolve our current skill development focused platform for Learning & Development decision makers into an ecosystem that also unlocks career development focused Talent Management professionals.

    Responsibilities

    + Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the LinkedIn Learning Admin platform

    + Deeply understand Talent customer and employee needs and motivations to develop a comprehensive and innovative Admin strategy and roadmap that delivers customer value and revenue impact

    + Cross-functional team leadership including stakeholder alignment and excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences across R&D, Go-to-market, and Sales

    + Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customer pain points, and product metrics to determine the right set of product experiences to deliver member and customer value

    + Partner with product teams across LinkedIn to ensure seamless admin experiences that align with our broader ecosystem and admin platforms

    + Generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedIn

    + Build and foster a team culture with deep user empathy and impact-focused execution

    •Basic Qualifications

    + BS/BE/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience

    + 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

    Preferred Qualifications

    + MS degree in a technology-related field

    + Strong understanding of building and scaling enterprise, platform, or data-heavy products

    + Experience building customer-facing software products with a demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, planning, development and launch

    + Experience defining, articulating, and operationalizing product ROI

    + Experience in operating in a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment, navigating large organizations to achieve business impact

    + Proficiency in user research methodologies to identify and prioritize new product opportunities

    _The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $238,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. _
