Amergis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructional Aide / Behavioral Classroom Aide to support students in a school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

+ Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral or learning challenges.

+ Assist the classroom teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).

+ Support students in developing positive behaviors and social skills.

+ Monitor and document student progress and behavior.

+ Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

+ High school diploma or equivalent (some districts may require additional education or certifications).

+ Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.

+ Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to student success.

+ Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
