IT Data Engineer - Clinical Vendor Solutions - KeepWell - Remote

Job Description

As a Data Engineer (Software Engineer) you will be tasked with building and support of Clinical Vendor Solutions data pipelines for 3rd party vendor integrations within our Clinical Product & Programs.

Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain technology solutions and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design

+ Analyze, design and develop tests and test-automation suites

+ Use test driven development in an agile environment

+ Leverage and contribute components for the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline for technology solutions

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutions

+ Consistently apply best practices and drive for continuous improvement

+ Actively participate in Agile ceremonies

+ Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

+ 2 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations

+ **At least 2 years of specific GCP experience or Cloud Based Platform work.**

+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

+ GCP BigQuery: Query optimization, partitioning, clustering, data modeling

+ Cloud Storage: Bucket management, lifecycle policies, data archival

+ Cloud Composer: Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration

+ Python: Primary language for data engineering to build pipelines

+ SQL: Advanced querying, window functions, CTEs

+ Bash/Shell: Automation and scripting

+ Monitoring: Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring

+ Git: Version control

+ Data Warehousing: Dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT patterns

+ Data Quality: Validation, testing, monitoring

+ Performance Optimization: Query tuning, cost optimization

Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,000.00 - $118,000.00 based on experience and skills.
