Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager Network Strategy (L31) in the Orthopaedics Supply Chain Finance team. This role operates in a dynamic global environment – preferred location is New Jersey, US but can be in New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
The Senior Finance Manager directs, coordinates, and supports all financial related activities for the Network Strategy and Innovation & Deployment for Orthopaedics Supply Chain. This role works in partnership with the Network Program Leaders and Supply Chain Leadership Team to establish governance controls, project metrics, accurate & insightful forecasts and risk mitigation analysis. The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for compliantly delivering the Network programs on time and on-budget while maintaining business continuity.
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for the career development for a team of nine professionals supporting the network of strategic projects. This responsibility includes setting deadlines, overseeing daily tasks, and providing candid feedback on both performance and career planning.
This critical role will report to the Senior Finance Director Supply Chain Orthopaedics
Core responsibilities include:
Project Governance & Compliance:
+ Lead discussion and processes with Project Managers to ensure adherence of project costs vs plan and develop accurate financial forecast
+ Develop financial model and scenarios to assess business cases like Cash Flow analysis (NPV, IRR) and P&L forecasts
+ Ensure all project accounting and reporting activities are in line with compliance requirements
+ Ensure adherence to financial processes, controls and targets in order to deliver the overall program applying J&J procedures and best accounting practices.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
+ Collaborate on financial planning activities following Franchise calendars and processes. Assist in developing and communicating detailed project budgets, analysis and executive summary projections to senior leadership.
+ Lead discussions on identifying and presenting critical insights regarding project goals, opportunities & risks and mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
+ Build strong cross-functional and cross-franchise partnerships across all levels within Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing and Commercial to collect and challenge assumptions, model scenario implications and influence business decisions.
Project Execution:
+ Critical role on defining, optimizing and gaining alignment for the future-state finance operating model and tactical execution roadmap.
+ Assist in driving the prioritization and implementation of financial processes and systems to enable Day 1 and ongoing site business activities.
+ Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities ton Sr Mgmt
Qualifications
Essential:
+ Minimum of Bachelors’ Degree required in Finance or Accounting, advanced degree preferred
+ Minimum of 10 years work experience in Finance/Accounting required
+ Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to quickly adapt to use of new systems
+ Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time and driving decision making
+ Supply chain finance experience in Med Tech or Pharmaceutical industry
+ 15% Domestic & International Travel
Desirable:
+ Experience with SAP, JDE, TM1 and Analytics/Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau etc.)
+ Certifications in CPA, ACCA, or CMA

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000-$207,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
