    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Act as subject matter expert for over 100 processes and work instructions, ensuring flawless process adherence across departments.

    + Support Master Data Management initiatives, including data cleansing, global governance adoption, and process definition.

    + Align with Portfolio Management categories to provide expertise in data processing related to specific business categories.

    + Accurately implement changes to product data attributes in the ERP system, ensuring all approvals and business rules are strictly followed.

    + Collaborate with suppliers, Regulatory and Portfolio Management to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new item additions.

    + Support the Annual Supplier Pricing project by reviewing data, completing workflow processes, and processing off-cycle pricing changes.

    + Manage the new item entry process, collaborating with Portfolio Management and Regulatory Affairs to ensure accurate and timely implementation.

    + Plan, develop and implement solutions to ensure data quality, minimizing disruption to downstream systems.

    + Frequently analyze product data to measure integrity and develop proactive cleansing projects.

    + Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers regarding requests, issue resolution, and data integrity.

    + Adhere to detailed governance and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and accurate product data changes.

    Requirements:

    + Proven experience in data management and analysis.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to strictly follow established business rules.

    + Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

    + Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.

    + Experience with ERP systems and data processing.

    + Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Access

    + Bachelor’s Degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
