You'll support research sales representatives by providing expert technical knowledge and product recommendations, ensuring flawless customer interactions and happiness.

Key responsibilities will be:

+ Develop and maintain effective customer relations within the assigned territory

+ Implement sales strategies to meet targets and expand business

+ Provide technical information and recommendations for customer applications

+ Introduce new products and services to customers

+ Manage pricing and profitability within the territory

+ Maintain accurate records and communicate with the supervisor as needed

Keys to Success:

Education

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the sciences, M.S. or PhD preferred

Experience

+ 5+ years of sales experience in the research laboratory industry or lab experience

+ Strong knowledge in Proteomic, Genomic, Gene expression, and tissue culture is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

+ Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication, and presentation skills

+ Proficiency in MS Office and the internet

+ Organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines

+ Willingness to travel to customer locations
