Job Description
We are looking for a DTC Analyst to joing our Outdoor Performance team. The DTC Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our direct-to-consumer channels, including e-commerce platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and customer experience initiatives. This role will leverage data to uncover insights, drive strategic decisions, and support revenue growth through improved customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
This position reports to the **Reporting & Analytics Director** and is based in Logan, Utah.
As the DTC Analyst, you'll have an opportunity to:
+ Create and manage forecasting models, leveraging multiple methodologies to accommodate the unique needs of various brands and teams.
+ Build and maintain executive-level reports to monitor ecommerce performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
+ Support internal DTC teams reporting needs, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
+ Develop strong partnerships with the IT team to advocate for DTC team data requirements.
+ Lead data initiatives aimed at consolidating disparate data sources into one scalable solution, improving data accessibility and analysis.
+ Manage the full lifecycle of data-related projects, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and iteration.
+ Analyze key ecommerce data points (revenue, traffic, conversion rates, AOV etc.) to identify trends, inform strategic decisions and communicate performance outcomes.
+ Validate SKU-level forecasts and performance across multiple industries to ensure accuracy and consistency.
+ Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring that data insights are leveraged across teams to inform behavior.
+ Drive the data governance framework, establishing standards and best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms and teams.
+ Oversee and manage the continuous improvement of data infrastructure within the ecommerce team.
You have:
+ 5-7 years of experience in digital analytics, specifically supporting product-centric brands in ecommerce environments.
+ Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics and KPIs, with a proven ability to interpret and act on data insights.
+ Past involvement in enterprise level platform migrations and data projects.
+ Experience managing multiple brands at a divisional level.
+ Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, TripleWhale) and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce).
+ Advanced Excel skills, including working with pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis tools.
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to create and present insights to both technical and non-technical teams.
+ SQL proficiency.
+ Experience in data warehousing and ETL tools.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for identifying patterns in large datasets across multiple brands.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable format for non-technical audiences.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
+ Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and the ability to integrate customer data for personalized marketing and decision-making.
+ Data layer knowledge for proper tracking and reporting across platforms.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $47,000.00 - $82,500.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
