DESCRIPTION
Are you a digital content leader with a passion for eCommerce and operational excellence? Join **Acosta’s Digital Commerce Services** team as a **Manager, Content Management & Syndication** . In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a high-performing team, drive content strategy for top-tier CPG clients, and shape how products appear across major omnichannel retailers.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Digital Commerce Services to streamline operations, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure flawless execution of content syndication strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ **Lead Content Syndication for Top Clients** : Oversee end-to-end content management and ensure timely, accurate syndication across all contracted retailers.
+ **Digital Shelf Excellence** : Validate and deliver high-quality digital shelf analysis reports, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
+ **Process Optimization** : Build and document scalable workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and protect margins.
+ **Client Relationship Management** : Maintain strong relationships with key clients and oversee account assignments across your team.
+ **Team Leadership** : Mentor and develop Digital Content Analysts, including onboarding, training, and performance support.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
**Education** : Bachelor’s degree required.
**Experience** : 8+ years in digital content, eCommerce, or related fields.
**Technical Skills** :
+ Experience with PIM, DAM, and content management tools.
+ Familiarity with retailer enterprise systems and digital shelf analytics.
+ Understanding of PDP content best practices and online merchandising.
**Leadership & Communication** :
+ Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional partners.
+ Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
+ Skilled in managing competing priorities and resolving conflicts effectively.
Bonus Points
+ Knowledge of digital marketing strategy and planning.
+ Experience with retailer-specific eCommerce platforms and processes.
