    Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for excellence? We’re seeking an Area Manager to elevate our PREMIUM Retail Service team. As a key player at Acosta, you’ll represent our clients, drive project success, and foster strong relationships.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    What You’ll Do:

    + **Lead with Impact:** Inspire and guide our talented Retail Service Merchandisers/Lead Merchandisers. From recruitment to performance management, your leadership will shape our success.

    + **Project Mastery:** Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality results. You’ll verify schedules, allocate resources, and troubleshoot any challenges.

    + **Collaborate:** Partner with store personnel and our PREMIUM team to achieve merchandising excellence. Discuss schedules, adapt to changes, and build lasting relationships.

    + **Safety First:** Proactively identify and address safety concerns to create a secure work environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Qualifications:

    + **Leadership Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in management or supervisory roles. Sales, retail, or customer service background preferred.

    + **Effective Communication:** Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly.

    + **Tech-Savvy:** Proficient in web-based applications, email, and Microsoft Office.

    + **Physical Stamina:** Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and working in varying environmental conditions.
