    I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    A. The Nurse shall devote the necessary time daily to discharge the duties and responsibilities as outlined in Appendix L.

    B. The work year is defined as ten (10) calendar months, September 1st to June 30th plus 2 weeks (10 days) during July and August.

    C. The Nurse shall have the same benefits for sick, personal and bereavement leave as listed in Article 3 of the CBA.

    D. The health care plan will be the Chautauqua County School District Medical Health Plan to include the basic plan, and $5.00/$10.00 co-pay drug plan with no roll-back, and dental plan A vision plan, equivalent to COBRA, will also be included. The District shall pay 85% of the total premiums for employee and dependent coverage. Premiums for a $10,000 Group Life Insurance Policy will also be paid by the District. Option to participate in Plan 125. The major medical deductible for the Traditional Plan shall be $200/$400.

    E. The Nurse shall have the option to be covered under Section 75i of the Retirement and Social Security Law of the State of New York known commonly as the Noncontributory "20 Year Career" Plan.

    F. The Nurse will work a Teacher's calendar for Holidays.

    G. The option to participate in a Tax Shelter Annuity /Investment Plan.
