    Principal Accountabilities

    + Weekend work based on rotating schedule

    + Walking and standing for extended periods

    + Communicating with employees, leads, supervisors, and managers

    + Creating documentation both written and digitally

    + Ensuring general safety

    + Cleanliness and housekeeping

    + Maintaining a safe working environment

    Required Qualifications

    + Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

    + Must be 18 years or older

    + Ability to read, write, and speak English

    + Must be able to work in the US without an humanitarian Parole status related to Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua or Venezuela which is subject to the Federal Register Notice of revocation by DHS on March 25, 2025

    + Computer Skills

    + Must be able to become forklift certified (training provided by the company)

    + Obtain Forklift license

    + Communication skills

    + Flexible hours

    + Rotating weekend schedule

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previous Cargill experience

    + Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

    + Previous forklift experience

    + Work history in the past 12 months

    + Previous warehouse, Inventory Control or mechanical experience
