    Job Responsibilities

    Under general supervision, provides service directly to HME customers, including the selection of equipment/supplies. Independently performs equipment/supply set-ups with customers, equipment/supply maintenance, equipment/supply troubleshooting, environmental assessment, customer/caregiver education, and inventory operations. Supports HME Service Representatives, as needed. Ensures all actions taken in carrying out responsibilities support patient centered care.

    Required Qualifications

    + Knowledge of basic spelling, punctuation, grammar, and basic business math.

    + Possession of a current valid driver’s license and must maintain eligibility for coverage under Mary Greeley Medical Center’s insurance policy.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Certificates of Completion from training courses relating to home medical equipment Manufacturer.

    + Highschool diploma or GED
