Are you passionate about risk management and ready to make a meaningful impact in the housing finance industry? At Fannie Mae, we’re looking for a*Contract Compliance Specialist*to join our*Multifamily Guide*team. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of housing by advising on risk strategies that protect our enterprise and support our mission.
As a*Risk Management Advisor*, you’ll play a key role in identifying and mitigating potential risks that could affect our reputation, security, or financial success. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to:
* Collaborate with the team to determine the needs of the customer.
* Review the Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide, loan documents, forms, and other associated documents to ensure consistency and adherence to compliance and governance requirements.
* Guide the use of analytical tools to assess enterprise risk.
* Evaluate the impact of existing and emerging risks and recommend controls and mitigation strategies.
* Analyze business requirements and processes and ensure they are communicated accurately and consistently to reduce risk exposure.
* Help shape decisions that respond to evolving market conditions and regulations.
*What You Bring*
We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will have:
* 6+ yearsof relevant experience.
* ABachelor’s degreeor equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of multifamily real estate, products, or mortgage finance.
* Expertise in tools likeWord, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Foxit, andRisk Works.
* Strong skills in data analysis, documentation, and visual communication.
* Experience in governance, compliance, risk assessment, and relationship management.
* A proven ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.

Multifamily Risk - Risk Management - Advisor
Target Pay Range: $138,000 - $180,000
LI-TW1 - Hybrid

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
