    *This position is located on the island of Oahu and candidates must work in the state of Hawaii upon hire*

    Typical duties include but are not limited to:

    + Provide daily and monthly reconciliation

    + Analyze and resolve various bank and credit card issues including those related to bank transmittals, e-deposit and chargeback disputes

    + Analyze and interpret various accounting journals, policies and procedures

    + Maintain direct bill receivables and correspond with business associates on open receivables

    + Answer phones and emails inquiries

    + Process payments

    + Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

    Qualifications / Experience:

    + 2-year college degree or relevant accounting

    + 3+ years of general office experience

    + Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)

    + Keyboard 35+ wpm and 10-key by touch

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills – including professional telephone etiquette skills

    + Performs well under pressure of deadlines, completes assigned tasks in a prompt and reliable manner, and able to manage a high volume of work in a multi-task environment

    + An effective communicator who has strong relationship building skills necessary to service internal/external customers

    + Team player with a good attitude who is willing to do what is necessary for the department/company to succeed

    Qualifications Preferred:

    + Knowledge in Guidewire Billing Center

    + Knowledge of Excel

    + Reconciliation experience preferred

    Special Circumstances:

    + May require periodic overtime

    Salary:

    $45,900 to $59,670 annually

    Salary:

    Salary offer is based on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge , skills and experience. Our company offers a competitive benefits package and bonus eligibility on top of base.
