    Job Summary

    Elevate the premium experience! As a Premium Manager, you will lead the operations of premium suites and club spaces, delivering top-tier service and hospitality for high-profile guests. You will oversee staff, maintain service excellence, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to create memorable experiences for premium clients.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred

    + 3+ years of leadership experience in premium or luxury service environments

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems

    + Strong operational and event management skills

    + Previous experience managing teams in high-end hospitality preferred

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily premium club and suite operations

    + Manage and train premium service staff

    + Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction

    + Collaborate with sales teams to meet client expectations

    + Coordinate event logistics and maintain premium standards

    + Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational goals
