    Job Summary

    Lead with heart—build a people-first culture at one of California’s premier venues. The Director of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions, implement company-wide policies, and foster an inclusive workplace. They will drive recruitment, compliance, and talent development strategies in alignment with organizational goals.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

    + Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

    + Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

    + Comprehensive knowledge of California labor laws and compliance regulations

    + Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives

    + Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures

    + Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations

    + Guide performance management and succession planning processes

    + Ensure legal compliance with all employment laws and regulations

    + Lead training and development programs
