    Facilities Account Manager

    Job Description Summary

    C&W Services, one of North America’s largest and most successful integrated Facilities Services Company with over 50 years of facilities outsourcing experience is looking for Facilities Account Manager for a major customer account.

     

    The Account Manager is a position within the line of operations of C&W Services. The incumbent is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, as well as directly supervising the maintenance operations. Specific responsibilities include scheduling, performance evaluation, inventory control, quality assurance, orientation, training and customer interface.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities/Tasks/Duties

    + Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm).

    + Pay: $85,000-$100,000.

    + Directs the daily activities for maintenance staff.

    + Staffs, directs, and develops personnel to ensure that operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

    + Implements a safety program in accordance with their respective company policy to educate employees on proper use of equipment, chemicals, and supplies with the goal of reducing liability and worker injury.

    + Maintains/monitors work area reports on performance statistics, inventories, problem areas and related information.

    + Conducts ongoing quality assurance evaluations/checks of work areas.

    + Supervises, motivates, disciplines, and evaluates staff.

    + Establishes/maintains job performance standards.

    + Ability to create processes, procedures & policies

    + Monitors equipment/supply use inventories.

    + Participates in ongoing supervisory skill development as well as maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current technical practices used by C&W Services.

    + Performs other duties as required.

    Requirements

    + 5 years previous experience in management/supervisory role in the maintenance and/or facilities industry.

    + Experience with union personnel, contract negotiations and customer interface.

    + PC capabilities (excel, word, power point & email) required

    + Good interpersonal communications skills and ability to work with other people.

    + Requires attention to detail.

    + Ability to pass an extensive background check
