    About the Role

    As an **Advanced Manufacturing Engineer** , you’ll lead efforts to implement existing products across primary, secondary, or dual-source sites. You’ll collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to document processes, manage tooling, and ensure compliance with customer requirements—all while driving continuous improvement.

    What You’ll Do

    + Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple production sites

    + Review and manage tooling transfers and readiness between locations

    + Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex assemblies

    + Document hidden factory processes and create clear work instructions

    + Ensure compliance with customer quality and regulatory requirements

    + Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives

    + Collaborate with design, test, and quality engineering teams

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics

    + 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering

    Preferred Experience:

    + Background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering

    + Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements

    + Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

    + Experience with aluminum and steel sheet metal welding

    + Knowledge of brazed heat exchanger core assemblies

    **Pay Details:** $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
