    **Pay Rate:** $18.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)

    **Contract Type:** Long-Term Contract

In this key support role, you’ll help maintain efficiency and accuracy in daily operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business success.     What You’ll Do

    + Review and manage customer accounts and billing information

    + Conduct data entry with precision and consistency

    + File and maintain accurate internal records

    + Follow up with customers regarding inquiries or outstanding matters

    + Prioritize and manage a variety of administrative tasks to meet deadlines

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

    + Excellent customer service and communication skills

    + Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting

    + Strong computer literacy and comfort with administrative tools

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in utility or corporate administrative environments

    + Familiarity with billing systems or customer account platforms

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
