    About the Role

    As the **Director of Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation** , you will oversee the consolidation of existing LMS and LXP platforms into a single, streamlined Oracle HCM learning system. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Solstice and Honeywell Aerospace business units—to ensure a seamless transition that supports long-term learning and development goals.

     

    What You’ll Do

    Strategic Leadership

    + Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM’s learning platform

    + Develop and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with enterprise learning goals

    + Serve as a thought leader in digital learning transformation and system integration

    Project Management

    + Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation

    + Manage system integration, data migration, and vendor coordination

    + Establish documentation standards for learning content and system processes

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + Partner with business units to identify and transition learning assets

    + Engage with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure system alignment with enterprise needs

    Team Leadership

    + Lead through influence across cross-functional teams

    + Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

    + Communicate progress, challenges, and milestones to executive leadership

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

    + Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, with strong LMS implementation experience

    + Proven success managing large-scale system implementations (Oracle HCM preferred)

    + Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

    + Experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration

    **Pay Details:** $19.98 per hour
