Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will oversee supply micro purchasing with the functional and mission needs of management, workforce, and customers. You will analyze regulations and raw data in developing detailed recommendations and make decisions regarding the appropriateness of micro purchases You will conduct studies on micro purchasing past and future needs, analyze findings, and make substantive recommendations to higher leadership on the same. You will generate Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders, complete monthly reconciliation, goods receipts, service entry sheets, and show a level of expertise commensurate with troubleshooting and teaching others to complete these tasks. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing Management and Program Analyst experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate: 1) Onboarding new cardholders (CHs) to ensure Government Purchase Card (GPC) training is conducted, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) roles are updated, roles are created within the banking system; 2) Ensuring the monthly reconciliation of all accounts is completed and submitted in a timely and accurate manner; 3) Oversees all end of fiscal year processes related to the GPC program, to include closing all open commitments and obligations; 4) Providing advice, instruction, and limited administrative oversight to team members, and refers serious complaints lacking resolution to higher level supervision.
