    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Technician to join our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic. In this role, you will support the physical therapists and ensure smooth clinic operations.

     

    + Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service

    + Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment plans

    + Administer hot and cold packs and monitor therapeutic exercises

    + Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean, safe clinic environment

    + Coordinate care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge

    + Perform data entry, maintain patient charts, and update electronic medical records

    + Answer phones and manage electronic scheduling

    + Handle administrative tasks, including faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + High school graduate or equivalent

    + 1+ years of experience in a medical or physical therapy setting preferred

    + Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

    + Ability to follow instructions and assist therapists with patient care

    + Proficiency in Word and Excel; experience with medical software preferred

    + Flexibility with work hours and availability

    + Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills

    + Team player attitude with an energetic focus on providing the best care
