    Job Description

    We're excited to welcome a **Part-Time or Full-Time** **Physical Therapist** to join our team at Lake Houston Physical Therapy, part of the U.S. Physical Therapy family. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist in providing exceptional rehab services while helping to create a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide direct patient care, primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation

    + Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve functional goals

    + Lead and mentor clinical staff, including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, students, and aides

    + Collaborate with the Clinic Director and/or Regional Leadership on clinical operations and patient outcomes

    + Promote evidence-based practice and ensure quality standards are maintained

    + Participate in community outreach and business development as needed

    + Maintain professional licensure and stay current with continuing education

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (MSPT or DPT) from an accredited program

    + Current Texas Physical Therapy License in good standing

    Preferred:

    + 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting

    + Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role

    + Manual therapy or specialty certification (e.g., OCS, COMT) is a plus
