    Job Description

    **We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with a work history in hand therapy who is proficient in splinting and familiar with post-op protocols. Mentoring is available** . As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.     Functions / Duties of Position:

    + Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results

    + Comfortable with walk-in patients to provide custom post-op splints

    + Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities

    + Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    + Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

    + Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies

    Qualifications

    + Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA or AOTA curriculum

    + Current Oregon state physical therapy license and CPR certification

    + Strong patient care and communication skills

    + A desire to learn in a team environment and provide an e exceptional experience for patients

    + A positive attitude and desire to work hard and have fun while you work!

    Employment Type: Part-time 30-39 hours per week

    Compensation Range: $40 - $50 hours Based on Experience
