Clinical Technicians at NEPT take clients through their recovery programs under the guidance of the Physical Therapist. Compassionate care that involves guidance through exercise, education about healing, and modification of movements are pillars of treatment Exercise Technicians utilize to help clients get results.

Job Description

This position involves working with clients one on one while learning from advanced, skilled, and specialized therapists. Clinical training is provided to improve competency in advanced modality techniques including Redcord suspension training, MSK Ultrasound imaging, Noraxon motion analysis and Quantum performance testing as well as education to assist with Work Hardening, Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, Vestibular Rehab and other specialty programs. Other tasks may include assisting around the clinic as needed, including with the front office operations, to allow clients efficient access to physical therapy services and specialized programs.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ **Exercise fitness training required**

+ **1+ years of experience in a medical environment, ideally in a physical or occupational therapy department, is preferred**

+ Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping people

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills

Additional Information

Employment Type: Full-time with benefits

Compensation: $22 - $30 per hour
