Job Description

The sales territory will include Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Antioch, Shelbyville, and Tullahoma.

We are seeking a dynamic **Medical Sales Representative** to join our team in **Middle Tennessee** . As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving brand awareness in our target markets.

+ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote company services and our great people

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with our clinics, referral sources and community partners

+ Plan, coordinate, and attend marketing events, promotional activities, and community events

+ Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including digital and traditional media

+ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

+ Collaborate with our clinic leaders and marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging

+ Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance

+ Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences

+ Collaborate on social media presence and engagement strategies

+ Present strategies to company leaders and clinic partners

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

+ Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong presentation and public speaking abilities

+ Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools

+ Experience with CRM software and marketing analytics tools

+ Demonstrated project management and organizational skills

+ Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Experience in event planning and coordination

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Knowledge of the health care industry and physical therapy is a plus

+ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
