Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Tucson, Arizona. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life through personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.

+ Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

+ Implement evidence-based physical therapy treatments and rehabilitation programs

+ Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

+ Document patient care, progress, and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records

+ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

+ Provide education to patients and caregivers about treatment plans and home exercise programs

+ Supervise physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians

+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments

+ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols

+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development

Qualifications

+ Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

+ Current Arizona state physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure

+ Valid CPR certification

+ Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and MS Office

+ Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

+ Excellent documentation and communication abilities

+ Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

+ Physical stamina to assist patients with exercises and movements

+ Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitation techniques

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills

+ Commitment to continuing education and professional development
