    ### Job Duties

    Oversee construction of residential and commercial project activities to meet contractual deadlines. Review and analyze job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Perform cost estimation, bidding, procurement of labor and materials, and scheduling of various trades on site for efficient project completion. Perform analysis of financial feasibility and ROI analysis. Develop detailed proposals and estimates, contractor's bid estimates, baseline schedules, and resource loaded schedules. Complete monthly progress reports and cost tracking reports in line with contractual requirements. Collaborate and confer with supervisors, owners, and contractors to assess and resolve issues that arise throughout the course of project completion.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management or a closely related field.

     

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    Two (2) years of experience estimating costs and bidding for construction or related projects, as well as experience with On-Center and WinEst software.
