    Rebound is the leading provider of work injury rehabilitation in Central Oregon, with injuries treated at all 10 of our locations. The Director of Work Injury is not only responsible for overseeing testing and treatment at our North Rebound location but also plays a key role in outreach and management across all 10 Rebound clinics throughout the region.

    Job Description

    Rebound is seeking an experienced outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist to lead our work injury rehabilitation program. Our Work Injury program is integrated with our Rebound North clinic, which features 3,000 square feet of dedicated space for Work Conditioning and PCE testing. The facility is fully equipped to simulate work demands and provide comprehensive rehabilitation programming. Our approach is to treat injured workers with the same care and commitment we would provide an injured athlete, with the goal of testing, rehabilitating, and returning them to work as safely and quickly as possible.

    Qualifications

    + Oregon PT licensed or immediately eligible for Oregon licensure.

    + Previous managerial experience preferred.

    + Outpatient Orthopedic PT with manual therapy skills preferred

    + Experience in Work Comp cases – PCE Testing, Work Conditioning Evaluations and Programming

    + Outreach to various employers we support in the Region

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
