    Summary:

    Meta is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI, at the core of all Meta products. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Reality Labs programs by providing leadership and strategic oversight. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure the efficient execution of Reality Labs initiatives.     Required Skills:

    Reality Labs Project Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of Reality Labs data delivery

    2. Build frameworks and tools that support horizontal scaling — including intake templates, tracking systems, and process playbooks

    3. Drive alignment on program setup, scope, evaluation design, and success metrics across XFN partners

    4. Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders

    5. Support development of scalable measurement practices — making it easier for teams to track quality, throughput, and impact

    6. Lead and mentor other individuals on the team

    Minimum Qualifications:

    7. 8+ years of industry experience in a consumer-oriented product environment, consulting, operations, or project management role

    8. Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working with urgency

    9. Executive presence and effective communications skills

    10. Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience

    11. Proven team player adaptable to a fast-paced environment

    12. Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields is a plus

    13. Communication and interpersonal skills, with the experience to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership

    14. Experience with SQL

    15. Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning technologies

    16. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget

    17. Problem-solving and decision-making experience

    Public Compensation:

    $116,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
