    Summary:

    We are seeking a designer to drive the development of innovative, concept-driven visual experiences that engage enterprise audiences across multiple products. As an Creative Lead in Enterprise Products, you will be responsible for partnering with our Brand, design system, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, strategic work that drives delight throughout our products and experiences.This highly collaborative role will work with product designers, product managers and partner with our design patterns team to develop visuals throughout our products.

    Required Skills:

    Creative Lead | Enterprise Responsibilities:

    1. Create brand systems, behaviors and design solutions with a high level of craft

    2. Collaborate with Product, Product Design, Research and Brand Design teams to develop holistic design principles that will unify parts of multiple independent design systems

    3. Work with Program Managers to establish effective design processes, ensuring timely delivery of design deliverables

    Minimum Qualifications:

    4. 5+ years of experience in brand design (agency and/or in-house)

    5. An effective strategic acumen for building timeless brands through brand architecture

    6. Multidisciplinary background in brand identities/systems, coupled with experience of leveraging digital channels and emerging technologies

    7. Experience working with cross-functional teams

    8. Proficiency in graphic design, art direction, typography, photography, motion design, layouts & grids, and color strategy

    9. Experience managing external partners and influencing teams from the concept phase to execution

    10. Proficiency in presenting and pitching creative concepts and ideas to leaders and internal/external partners

    11. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma

    12. Experience navigating complex matrices, managing stakeholders, and balancing enterprise-level considerations with attention to detail

    15. Business-to-Business or enterprise experience and/or familiarity with business audiences

    16. Interest in and comprehension of emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies

    18. Future-first approach, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web 3.0, AI, etc

    Public Compensation:

    $121,000/year to $173,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
