Financial Stewardship:Take charge of program budgets, including securing and managing philanthropic grants.
Impact Reporting:Oversee annual expenses and share compelling impact reports that tell the story of our programs' success.
Sustainable Growth:Develop strategies to ensure our arts programs continue to thrive, working with development partners on fundraising and donor engagement, and exploring research opportunities.
Grant Expansion:Collaborate with our Development Office to secure additional grants and external funding, growing our programs and fostering donor relationships.
Measuring Success:Create ways to evaluate and understand the positive impact our programs have on participants.
Clinical Integration:Partner with multidisciplinary teams to thoughtfully bring the arts into clinical settings, including supporting research initiatives.
Talent Management:Oversee the recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and evaluation of visiting artists, community partners, and vendors.
Resource Management:Handle the procurement and distribution of all necessary materials and resources for healing arts activities.
Strategic Collaboration:Work with internal teams like Development, Public Relations/Marketing, and Volunteer Engagement to align efforts and better engage our community.
Are you passionate about the power of art to heal and connect? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
