    Position Summary

    As a QA Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting products at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. You will identify defect, deviations, and non-conformances. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success and reputation of the company.

    Essential Responsibilities

    + Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products at different stages of the manufacturing process.

    + Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformances in accordance with established procedure.

    + Use of measurement tools such as calipers, micrometer, measure scope, and drop indicators to verify product specifications and quality standards.

    + Inspection performed using microscopes.

    + Maintain accurate inspection records, including reports, logs and documentation.

    + Keep area clean and organized according to internal procedures.

    + Must work well with others - comfortable working and contributing in a team environment

    + Ability to learn and follow internal system and procedures

    + Other duties as assigned

    + This position requires visibility to controlled documents.

    Position Requirements

    Required:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1-3 years' experience performing Quality Inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    + Blueprint reading required

    + Microsoft Office - Beginner level acceptable

    + Proven experience as a quality inspector or relevant role

    + Keen eye for detail and a result driven approach

    + Effective communication skills

    Preferred:

    + ASQ Certification

    + ISO/ AS9100 experience

    Equal Pay Act Range

     

    Hourly range is from $20.14 to $29.86, plus a benefit plan.
