• On-Call Field Technician - Part Time

    Royal Communications Consultants Inc (Wilmington, DE)


    RCC is looking for technicians in Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding areas to assist with desktop/network install/decommission and Break/ Fix tickets.

     

    This work will be conducted mostly during normal business hours, but may involve nights and weekends. We are building up a talent pool of techs that we can contact for tech support work. Work hours vary. Lots of work!

    These tickets include the following:

    + ·      Desktop/Laptop/ VDI/ Monitor and peripheral installs

    + ·      Vendor Escorts

    + ·      Cable Infrastructure Patching

    + ·      Rack & Stack of network devices

    + ·      Decommission of network/server devices

    + ·      Cisco phone installations- Troubleshoot Cisco switches, power supplies, line cords, etc.

    + ·      Power Disconnect & Parts Inventory Property
