Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining patient health information to deliver it to the authorized users in a timely, accurate and complete manner. Facilitates the delivery of health care with provide-a-service-first attitude.

Principal Accountabilities:

+ Reviews and reconciles all outpatient medical records and paper records.

+ Collects and collates medical record information by taking rounds to scan all the inpatient units.

+ Ensures scanning quality is legible and readable for creating transcribed reports.

+ Monitors the timeliness of uploaded documents and resolves any difficulties with upload process.

+ Processes and analyzes medical record information for compliance with standards, rules, and regulations related to patient information.

+ Performs quality checks and reviews to ensure information is complete, accurate, and meets the established norms.

+ Maintains the archived information database.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required:

+ 1+ years of medical record experience

+ High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

+ Associate's Degree in Health information Management or relevant area.
