As part of the Ford remanufacturing core team, you'll help support our world class core network. In this position, you'll work directly with our suppliers, product teams, IT team and more. Collaborating cross functionally will be critical to leading and supporting multiple teams.

In this position...

+ Communicate effectively with suppliers and product teams.

+ Daily use of SAP inventory system.

+ Deliver on supplier metrics and help support their efficiency.

What you'll do...

+ Ensure inventory accuracy across remanufacturing suppliers meet the Ford FM corporate standards.

+ Conduct 4-wall inventory audits at approximately 8-9 suppliers annually.

+ Deliver supplier audits within budget working with 3rd party company.

+ Support supplier scrap actions, address shipping issues, and master part concerns.

+ Use the SAP inventory system daily to support suppliers receiving and shipping needs.

+ Work with product teams on coreflow settings to support supply base.

+ Attend supplier and product team meetings, understand backorder issues and help support supplier recovery actions.

+ Run monthly operational metrics, work with suppliers to be successful.

+ Improve reman business acumen across the supply base.

You'll have...

+ Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, or closely related field.

+ 5 years minimum in supplier relations and inventory management preferred.

Even better, you may have...

+ Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

+ Experience with automotive industry and powertrain parts a plus.

+ Working knowledge of SAP inventory systems required.

+ Good business demeanor when working with other team members.

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8.
