Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Project Management – Construction, will lead the execution of multiple business plans and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational needs. You will drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of learning, and ensure the successful delivery of construction projects through effective leadership, resource management, and strategic planning.

What you'll do...

+ Oversee the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing business priorities, and removing barriers to performance.

+ Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects, leveraging data and industry best practices to inform business decisions and support sustainable outcomes.

+ Manage current and forecasted projects by developing and coordinating work plans, monitoring milestones, budgets, and resources, and communicating status to stakeholders.

+ Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives by consulting with stakeholders and applying suggestions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

+ Influence change processes by making data-driven recommendations, educating teams on new business processes, and building relationships with senior leadership.

+ Drive informed decision-making for large projects by identifying goals, risks, and success criteria, and developing strategies to mitigate risks.

+ Enhance project workflow by establishing and auditing consistent practices and standards for project deliverables.

+ Promote and support company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.

2 years’ supervisory experience.

3 years’ project management experience.
