Manufacturing Engineering Development Manager Location: Plymouth, MI, 48170 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively

+ Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs

+ Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities

+ Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members

+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred

+ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering

+ Previous experience in a leadership or management role

+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
