Newport Meadows is currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Christiana, PA. We are committed to delivering exceptional care in a team-oriented environment where professionals are supported and empowered to help residents achieve their highest level of function and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs

+ Help patients improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and coordination

+ Provide safe and effective alternatives to surgery and medications when possible

+ Design and lead wellness and fitness programs tailored to individual goals

+ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

+ Collaborate with other health professionals to deliver integrated care

+ Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and preventive strategies

+ Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

+ Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

+ Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Pennsylvania

+ Previous clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ A team-oriented, compassionate, and professional approach to care
