PSEG operates under a Flexible Work Model where flexible work is offered when job requirements allow. In support of this model, roles have been categorized into one of four work location categories:
Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.
Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/in-person interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.
Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis, require employees to live within a commutable distance and, since business needs vary by position and may change over time, managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.
Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary
This Process Analyst position is a direct report to the Payment Assistance Outreach Process Lead in PSE&G's Customer Solutions organization. This team is responsible for all outreach activities to educate and engage customers who may benefit from assistance in paying and managing their PSE&G bills. Outreach includes engaging with customers through communications and in-person events throughout PSE&G territory.
This position is key to providing equitable service to our customers. It supports the development and execution of strategies associated with reaching PSE&G's low- and medium- income customers. the person in this position must be politically savvy enough to work closely with the Board of Public Utilities, the Department of Community Affairs and a variety of external stakeholders to ensure PSE&G connects as many customers as possible with programs to help manage their energy bills.
Job Responsibilities
+ Support the PAO account team to achieve targets, to increase enrollments of low-income customers into energy-assistance and energy efficiency programs.
+ Help to develop and coordinate customer outreach campaigns and in-person events to educate and engage customers who may be eligible for energy assistance, solicit program participation and provide assistance with the program application process.
+ Staff in-person outreach events throughout the state, sometimes outside of normal business hours (evenings, weekends).
+ Has input in strategic direction and setting of priorities based on professional network of relationships with the Board of Public Utilities, Dept of Community Affairs, and the social non-profit entities that help customers. This position is responsible for forming and increasing the professional networks which will expand reach of payment assistance to more customers and programs.
+ Develop, schedule and execute training for internal and external stakeholders regarding Payment Assistance and Energy Efficiency Programs for low- and medium-income customers (LMI). Training also consists of regulatory rules and training front-line employees on the Winter Termination Program (WTP).
+ Participate in all Board of Public Utility (BPU) technical working group sessions and advocate on behalf of PSE&G customers.
+ Analyze effectiveness of events and communications and adjust plans appropriately. Create documentations necessary to track and report activities.
+ Investigate client/ customer concerns as needed.
+ Review/ create reports and presentations.
+ Participate in cross-functional teams and/or process improvement initiatives to determine root cause and gap analysis, along with the development and implementation of recommendations.
Job Specific Qualifications
+ BS degree and 5+ years relevant work experience. in lieu of a degree, 9 years relevant work experience.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
+ Demonstrated experience and high proficiency in Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office applications.
+ Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Experience in database management

+ Valid Driver's License
