    Job Summary

    The Club Director position has been created to support Margaritaville Vacation Club sales at Sea. The club director will be a contracted role for a period of 6month intervals. The Director will reside on ship and support the Travel and Leisure sales & marketing teams while abroad along with directing day to day activities in partnership with the MVAS team. This position will need to be a dynamic individual with forward facing guest interactions and be capable of partnering with the MVAS staff.

     

    Essential Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    o Directing marketing reps (creating schedule / greeting process during embarkation)

    o Inventory / ordering – merchandise for gifting

    o Maintaining gifting budget / COS review

    o Creating an atmosphere of fun and excitement for guests

    o Facilitating workshops

    o Assisting with face-to-face packages

    o Ensuring alignment with cruise director schedules (Schedule raffles on the ship itinerary)

    o Participating in and handling out gifts / information at internal cruise events ie: Bingo …

    o Ensuring team is following processes / procedures/ policies

    o Managing Sales team while on board

    o Working in conjunction with Lead Trainer on mgmt. and feedback of process

    o Working in conjunction with Support team

    o Responsible for daily report out during business days to SVP Margaritaville

    Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

    Education

    • MGVC product knowledge

    Training requirements

    • FLA Real Estate license

    Knowledge and skills

    • Demonstrated ability to multi task and make effective decisions that align with company’s direction

    Technical Skills

    • Journey , WSA Worksheet, Eworksheet, Ecredit, Workstamp, MSFT Office

    Job experience

    • 2-3 years experience in Cruise Operations and/or Timeshare operations

     

    Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
