RegisHR is a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that specializes in helping businesses manage their human resources needs (including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations) so they can focus on growing their core operations.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our client companies, providing high-level HR leadership, compliance oversight, and workforce strategy support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on building effective people strategies, supporting organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with all employment regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Serve as a trusted HR advisor to client leadership, offering strategic guidance on organizational structure, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
+ Lead compliance efforts by interpreting and advising on employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.), ensuring clients maintain legally compliant HR practices.
+ Oversee complex employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, corrective action, terminations, and workplace safety concerns.
+ Collaborate with internal payroll and benefits teams to oversee accurate and timely execution of payroll processes and benefits administration for client organizations.
+ Advise clients on total rewards strategy, including compensation benchmarking, employee benefit program selection, and open enrollment processes..
+ Develop and implement best-in-class HR policies and systems related to performance management, employee development, and personnel records compliance..
+ Design and deliver workforce training programs to support leadership development, compliance training, and employee engagement initiatives.
+ Act as a key liaison between clients and internal departments (Sales, Operations, Payroll, Benefits) to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Education and/or Experience
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 5 years Human Resources experience in any industry -or- 3 years PEO Human Resources experience
+ Fluent in English & Spanish
