    Position Overview

    The AMER's GEO Lead will be based in Denver. Responsibilities include providing AV for the Denver office and escalated support for the Americas regional conference room technologies

    Responsibilities

    + Ongoing preventative maintenance & troubleshooting for Denver office (including support for ACE meeting & in-office events)

    + Liaise with and supportlocal Workplace Operations, Workplace Technology Team, IT (Site Support)and external vendorson the support and maintenance of conference room technologies

    + Work collaboratively with internal/external partners to adhereto Autodesk standards for Technology and associated infrastructure

    + Able to provide remote support for corporate workplace IoT and AV environments and will confidently and quickly analyze problems using technical diagnostic skill sets, to effectively support and resolve issues

    + Create and update training materials to assist with upkeep of knowledge base information for related Workplace Technologies

    + Engage vendors as needed to coordinate onsite support needs

    + Proactively monitor system health dashboards and engage local teams to assist in resolving issues

    + Assist with maintaining inventory and returning defective product (RMA) and inventory DOA issues

    + Provide end user and support staff training on technology use and troubleshooting

    + Coordinate AV support findings, knowledge base and troubleshooting steps with in GEO partners

    + Leverage Autodesk Technology tools to monitorsystem health and manage ticketing

    + Great communication skills between clients and contractors on an ongoing basis

    + Strong knowledge on DSP’s, digital platforms, matrix switchers, video walls and video conferencing

    Minimum Qualifications

    + At least 7 years of experience working in high tech industry, IoT, AV and technology support

    + In-depth understanding of troubleshooting for AV and IoT devices

    + Thorough technical understanding of AV and IoT system implementation and support

    + Able to communicate clearly, quickly and effectively via email, Teams and Slack

    + Able to work effectively with others to develop quotations, purchase orders, contracts

    + Ability to work after hours to supportAV environment

    + Demonstrates a strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to explore new ideas, technologies, and solutions to continuously improve processes

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Proficiency in Q-SYS Designer and Crestron Toolbox and hardware

    + Familiar with system administration of Workplace tools such as: Robin, VergeSense, Sign-In Enterprise, Eptura, Appspace, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office
