Our** **RPO Senior Recruiter** **is accountable for:

+ Full cycle recruiting for KellyOCG clients

+ Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process

+ Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

+ Must have recruiting experience

+ Experience with and ability to find & attract passive talent

+ Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems & proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

+ Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets

Seeking minimum of 5 years of RPO Recruiting experience.
