We’re seeking a **Healthcare Customer Service Representative** to work with a top client in **Richardson, TX** .We’re here to help you find something great that works for you—so you won’t miss a moment of what really matters in your life.

**Location:** Richardson, TX

**Pay:** $17.00/HR

**Work Arrangement:** Fully Onsite - Hours of Training will be 8 hrs between 7am to 5:30pm

Overview:

This position starts fully onsite with approximately 16 - 20 weeks of structured training. After training, you will have the option to work on a flexible schedule but will remain on site

Role Overview:

+ Audit, monitor, and report defined elements needed for credentialing and recredentialing.

+ Ensure provider data accuracy for the Credentialing Provider Committee.

+ Work with Network Management to collect deficient data and prepare provider-credentialing files.

+ Query databases and verify status of practitioner applications.

+ Maintain a good working knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

+ Communicate effectively and comply with corporate policies and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED (education verification required).

+ 2 years business experience or a combination of college education and experience.

+ Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

+ Organization skills and PC proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Access.
