Materials Coordinator

**Location:** Flower Mound, TX

**Pay Rate:** $24.00 per hour

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in materials coordination or supply chain operations? Join a dynamic team where your skills in planning and logistics can make a measurable impact. We’re currently hiring a **Materials Coordinator** for a key role in supporting manufacturing and procurement operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Plan, schedule, and monitor the inbound movement of materials from suppliers

+ Determine material requirements to support production goals

+ Coordinate materials flow with purchasing, production, and engineering teams

+ Track inventory levels and ensure on-time material availability

+ Develop specifications for new contract and procurement orders

+ Follow well-defined procedures and routines within supply chain operations

+ Utilize ERP systems and internal databases to update and monitor material status

What We’re Looking For:

+ 2+ years of relevant experience in materials coordination, supply chain, or logistics

+ SAP experience required

+ Familiarity with inventory planning and procurement processes

+ Basic understanding of production schedules and material flow

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Ability to work within clearly defined guidelines and procedures

+ Comfortable collaborating across departments (e.g., production, purchasing, engineering)
