Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as a** **Property Maintenance Worker:

+ Diagnose and problem solve, attention to detail

+ Complete make readies to company standards

+ Property grounds upkeep

+ Pool maintenance in the summer

+ Follow up on preventative maintenance

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Must have own transportation

+ Basic tools for daily work orders

+ HVAC certified preferred but not required (basic knowledge)

+ Honest, reliable and punctual

+ Background check required
