PeopleReady of Charlotte, NC is now hiring Bilingual Flatbed Tarpers in Charlotte, NC! As a Flatbed Tarper, you will be responsible for safely covering and securing flatbed trailers in accordance with customer, company, and DOT safety standards. This is a physically demanding role that involves working both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.

Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Bilingual** **Flatbed** **Tarper:

+ Working outdoors in appropriate safety and protective equipment

+ Cover flatbed loads by using a variety of equipment, including heavy duty tarps, straps and edge protectors to cover loads 45 to 53 feet long

+ Make sure that all loads are properly secured in accordance with safety standards

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 3rd Shift (Night), Weekends

Job requirements:

+ Must be bilingual in Spanish

+ Must have attention to detail

+ Must be safety conscious

+ Ability to work in a team/group

+ Abitlity communicate in a clear and concise manner

+ Ability to lift up to 100lbs

+ Ability to bend, kneel, twist, pull, and climb as needed
