    About the role

     

    Membership Sales Representative, Cincinnati, OH

     

    In this role, you will be the key point of contact for the community and members at the Delhi Athletic Club. You must have great sales, marketing and communication skills and be engaging with our membership base. You'll also provide assistance and service to clients by answering requests and processing/providing information on membership accounts. _Hourly pay plus structured commission & bonus plan, 30-40 hours per week. Weekday shifts: 12pm-8pm, Saturday shift: 8am-1pm_

     

    Key point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center. Responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts and services offered.

    Key Accountabilities:

    + Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.

    + Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals.

    + Promoting and attending facility social events.

    + Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.

    + May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn’t available.

    + Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.

    + Other duties as needed/assigned

    Minimum Requirements

    + High School Diploma/GED.

    + CPR/AED/FA certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 60 days of hire.

    + 1-2 years previous sales experience.

    + Exceptional interpersonal skills.

    + Highly motivated and communicates effectively.

    + Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.

    + Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.

    Preferred:

    + Associates degree or relevant work experience.

     

    Compensation: $14.00-$15.00 per hour. Additional sales commission available as well.
