General Description
Responsible for accurately processing customers’ disbursements and deposits. This role ensures that all customers’ disbursements and deposits are processed in a timely manner and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Works closely with Client Service Associates, Financial Consultants, and other units within and outside the firm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accurately process all requests related to money movements such as ACH, Wire transfers, Foreign Currency transactions, and customer’s deposits. Ensure all disbursements and deposits are executed within a specified timeframe and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Reconcile GL account daily and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of money movement activities for audit and regulatory purposes. Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing necessary documentation. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer service requests, calls, and emails. Actively listen to customer requests and inquiries. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Functions:
• Execute money movements -ACH, wire transfers, etc.
• Perform appropriate entries in the system for Telepago and ACH Return processes
• Process Check deposits
• Ensure daily settlements are completed on time
• Reconcile GL Account
• Back up to operations personnel as needed
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Note: Related experience refers to the professional background related to the responsibilities and skills required
for the position.
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
+ Customer service oriented
+ Detail-oriented with analytical skills
+ Ability to establish priorities and to work with multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Ability to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency, to work with a team and collaborate with others to accomplish common goals
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills towards customers and coworkers
+ Computer skills including knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)

Work Schedule
On-Site
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Availability to work extended hours, holidays and weekends.
